I had an issue with my garage door not working and contacted TSS Garage Door Service. They arrived and inspected the problem, but completed the repair without clearly informing us beforehand. The job took about 15 minutes, yet I was charged $200, which felt excessive for such a short visit. The lack of communication was disappointing, and overall the service felt overpriced and not very professional.

Tom & Sonja were extremely nice to deal with. Sonja answered on her day off, organised the inspection for the next day. When they arrived, they discussed the options and were able to fix the garage door motor, even though it was an old model. Very reasonable price, and great service.
