One of the worst companies I’ve had to deal with. On move day they kept on changing the bill without consulting me about the changes. While I get that quotes are ball park but this was orders of magnitude greater and changes without my consent. I paid for 6 months storage but got a bill 3 months into the 6 month contract, I had to challenge that and of course it’s was another error by Two Men and a Truck. Now to add insult to injury I got the proper bill for the 7th month and 3 working days later I get a letter of demand which insanely gives 7 days to Pay. Apparently the first and only bill had to be paid in a nanosecond of receipt. On top of all this nonsense I’ve sent Caio two emails about adding extra boxes to the container of which I’m still waiting since January for a reply. Caio is also the person that can’t give a reasonably accurate quote. This company is badly run

Polite, on time, efficient and well packed. Everything was beautiful executed. From internal furniture moves to packing up the truck. Gabriel and Lewis were a delight to have working on this job. I have used 2 men and a truck probably at least 20 times as I am a prolific renovator. Every experience has been 5 star !

We have used these guys several times for our moves and once again they did a great job, all items moved with care and the movers were lovely too. Would recommend this company to friends and family and would use them again without hesitation.

Terrible do not use these movers. Uncovered knives separated from their blocks in different boxes (for whatever reason), things chucked in boxes without no care. The only things they wrapped were the plates etc but we still found random cups that weren't wrapped. A glass jewellery box wasn't wrapped. They broke a vase, a tv leg, dented my fridge, referred to my stuff as rubbish, damaged the brand new four bedroom townhouse we moved into and offered us $190 in compensation. They can keep their money. I want them to stop breaking stuff and stop doing dangerous stuff. My son shouldn't have to go through a box with an oven mitt so he doesn't cut himself. These guys are just dangerous. Especially dont use them if you have children. My son is 21 now but it would be incredibly dangerous if he was younger. Not to mention they made some boxes so heavy there was no way for me to lift them. So if my son wasn't here I would have been stuffed. Just bad all the way around. Three different rooms in one box? What is that? Who does that? Edit. Their Aftercare service was also terrible. They offered about $160 which was I guess the cost of the boxes even though they damaged some of the house coming in and dented my fridge. They could have easily damaged the beds and realistically we don't know because they may have been weakened being moved that way. It took us much longer to unpack and we still have difficulty finding things. And it cost me another $450 to move and clean everything after they left including moving some of the stuff myself. They left a huge mess and obvious stuff that needed removal including pictures on walls. They also "worked" for exactly 8 hours most of it not at the new house but supposedly packing into boxes they didn't use, because some stuff they just chucked into plastic bags that we had left behind. Most Removalists I've worked with hate plastic bags but these guys seemed to love them. They used a tonne of them instead of the boxes I paid for and the packing materials which were just sitting there left behind at the old house. Not very professional. Eight year olds could have packed better than these guys. I have declined the offer of their measly amount of money because it cost $2800 to use them and I would rather warn other people than have less than $200. Thanks guys. I would probably give minus 5 stars.

I've had a great experience with Two Men & a Truck. My life was in a time of family crisis when I first booked with them and they were very accomodating when I changed dates, booked and rebooked more than once. Their team from the administrative staff to the delivery team were fabulous and I would recommend them highly. I've had two very unpleasant removals experiences in the last 3 years; including one very expensive reputable mover and one backloader (I would never use a backloader again!) and this company have restored my faith in professionalism, common courtesy and decency in their industry. Thank you Sean, Micah and your team! Very happy.
