Cannot rate Tom and Ultimate Automotive Locksmiths highly enough. I had a problem with my VE Commodore when it's battery died and I couldn't get into my car. Tom went above and beyond and nothing was too difficult for him. He got into my car and programmed a new key as I snapped mine trying to get in when the battery had died. Friendly, courteous, extremely helpful and genuine good bloke! Make these guys your first call for anything lock / automotive related! Rare to find a company that does their job well with the minimum amount of fuss to the client. 10/10 - Five Stars - Two Thumbs Up! Thanks again Tom!

Very professional and friendly staff. I had trouble with my car key that won't come out of ignition. One of the staff (Thomas) gave me a run through of troubleshooting over the phone. Thanks heaps it worked within seconds.

Amazing service! We needed a second key for our Hyundai and were referred to Ultimate by a local locksmith. They answered the phone immediately and said they could come today (we are in Chatswood). We gave them our existing key and they made a second (after market) key -- this involved both cutting the physical key and programming the remote control. It cost $363, but that's the price of having smart car keys these days, plus they came to our home and programmed & cut the key.

I needed to replace the spare key for my car, I was referred to Ultimate Automotive Locksmiths by another company and they were very accommodating with trying to fit me in with other jobs that they had on the day. They arrived when they said they would and Tom was very professional and helpful. He was able to complete the job quickly and to a great standard. All heroes don't wear capes. Tom at Ultimate saved my bacon. The 1st locksmith i approached made my situation worse. Not wanting to go back, for the 3rd time, i approached someone else. They wouldn't touch the job but referred me to Ultimate; and they are! I only wish I contacted Ultimate first and I wouldn't have wasted almost a grand on the first "mob". With Ultimate the whole process to make a booking over the fone was simple and the person I spw was polite courteous and efficient. Tom is, first and foremost, in a word....TRUSTWORTHY. And, he not only explained what he did but also compared my oem barrel to the inferior chinese knock off the other mob used. (It wasn't explained to me that the knock off was inferior so i just thought it was fine....50 bucks on ebay but i was charged $300 plus labour). 3 months down the track and Tom's work is good as gold. Suffice to say I highly recommend Ultimate and they will be my FIRST point of contact in future. Thank you Ultimate and thank you Tom. Edit: now Nov '25 and barrel is still going strong. Very happy.
