Just had the pleasure of Kelly picking up my car to take it to the smash repairs for an insurance fix. Im currently vulnerable, with almost zero support network and too nervous to drive it there myself. A lady/man named Shane was absolutely disgusting on the phone. Would recommend never using this service even if it was the last service to remain on Earth. He/she had no manners and was just purely rude. If you want to improve your business in life DO BETTER WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE. You also need to implement training and people skills.
