Initially, I have given this company a 5star rating because I was so pleased to have stumbled on this company's website whilst looking for a reputable supplier and installer of residential CCTV system. Their 100% review rating was the one that induced me to hire them. Despite the short-notice, Sam & Frank did a remarkable job despite the weather condition. The entire transaction was hassle free. The communication was straight-forward until issues with the unit occurred after sale and installation. I felt the need to take that 5star rating back after not receiving a reply from Sam when one of the CCTV camera had issues. A product of this kind is covered by one-year warranty. Since this company supplied the units themselves, they should attend to inquiry in relation to the CCTV cameras' warranty. It's been more than a week since I contacted Sam on his mobile about the issue but did not receive even a courtesy of a reply. After a year since I updated this review, the owner finally responded. When the warranty had already lapsed? You may think you have successfully installed the units but if what you do after especially when there's an issue with these units, matters the most. It would be unlikely that you missed my messages (emails, text & voice messages, phone calls that automatically went to voice mail), unless of course you intentionally meant to ignore me. But you obviously did not anticipate my capacity to update my Goggle Review of your business.
