On Easter Monday, in the middle of the afternoon while he was having lunch with his family, Junior still made the effort to come out and help me. Between dishes, he drove over and had my door unlocked in under 30 seconds. What stood out even more was his integrity. Every other locksmith I contacted quoted me nearly double — some even more — and tried to justify extra work that clearly wasn’t necessary. Junior was the complete opposite. This is genuinely the first locksmith I’ve come across who doesn’t try to overcharge or take advantage of the situation. His honesty, professionalism, and the way he carries himself and his business really left an impression on me. I was honestly taken back by his kindness and fairness.
