We Move Sydney

I am extremely disappointed with my experience using We Move Sydney and feel compelled to share my concerns to help others make a more informed decision. At the time of booking, I was quoted a total price of $450, which seemed reasonable and competitive. However, the final amount charged was $750 — a significant and unexpected increase for what amounted to only an additional hour of work. This lack of pricing transparency is highly concerning and, in my opinion, misleading. Beyond the pricing issue, the overall service was far below expectations. The removalists who were assigned to my job worked at an unusually slow pace and displayed little to no sense of urgency throughout the move. It genuinely felt as though the job was being deliberately prolonged, which ultimately resulted in a higher final cost. There was no clear communication regarding time management or effort to complete the move efficiently. As a customer, I expect honesty, efficiency, and professionalism — unfortunately, this experience failed to deliver on all fronts. The discrepancy between the initial quote and the final price, combined with the lack of urgency from the team, has left me feeling frustrated and taken advantage of. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution when considering this company. I cannot recommend We Move Sydney.

Would not recommend, avoid at all cost. Quoted for a 12 to 14 ton truck and instead got a 8 to 10 ton truck on the day. This deception then made our one trip move into a two trip move, which has inflated the price of the move by more than 30%. Thay also tried to charge for an extra hour even thought the removalist where late. The passenger/helper was very disrespectful to a female family member looking at her like a piece of meat. Avoid this company at all cost.

The move itself was fine and the workers did the job well. However the quote was quite inaccurate and we were forced to take 2 trips despite multiple members saying 1 trip would be fine - even the workers on the day agreed with us. There was also extra added costs for stairs and heavy items which were not asked about or mentioned as potential during the quotes. Other companies were much more transparent with quotes. We ended up having to pay $200 more than expected. Lastly, when I tried to get a partial refund, they failed to reply or call back after days of trying. If going with this company, make sure your quote is accurate.

My experience with We Move Group started off a bit rocky. The team arrived with a smaller truck than expected, which meant an additional trip was needed. On top of that, the initial crew worked at a slower pace than anticipated, so the move took longer than planned. At that point, I was feeling quite unsatisfied with the service. However, things took a positive turn when a new team member, Rami, and his colleague stepped in. They were efficient, quick, and incredibly helpful throughout the rest of the move. They really went the extra mile to ensure everything was delivered safely and on time, which I truly appreciated. To top it off, their manager acknowledged the earlier issues and offered a discount on the final bill as a gesture of goodwill. That effort to make things right did not go unnoticed. Overall, while the move didn’t start as smoothly as I had hoped, the professionalism and dedication shown later, along with the compensation, left me generally satisfied with the service.

Rami & Landy are the best, they are very thoughtful and helpful, they came to the rescue when the first set of removalists brought the wrong size truck and left halfway thru, I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to move out and need help with heavy stuff.
