Aimee from Woodcut Waterloo was great, helped me chose the right timber boards from their large display in their showroom, gave me a number of samples so that I could bring them home and look at them in different lights and areas within my unit, assisted me in working out how many Square meters I needed as well as underlay and glue, delivered on the day I required them and the whole process was seamless, the product has now been laid and looks amazing, one very happy customer,

Whilst the product is nice, the service post sale is absolutely deplorable. Over three months of chasing to have a defective board replaced - still have no clear view on a solution. Wouldn’t risk purchasing if you want a reasonable resolution to a flawed product.

Anna always went above and beyond for us from the moment we stepped into the Waterloo store. She has helped us in times of emergency and just when we had simple questions. When we thought we had run out of the limed ash chevron boards, even though they no longer stock this item, she went as far as to ask previous clients if they had spares for us.
