Very unprofessionally ran. I was “booked” in for Monday 5pm, no message or call that the worker would be late, I then had to message them for them to say that he would rock up at 6pm. 6pm rolls around and still no sign of the worker with no message or call. I had to message AGAIN for me to get a reply saying if I could reschedule because he’s stuck at a job without offering any sort of discount or apology. Very disappointing

I got them to replace a 30cm square panel in my front door under non-urgent conditions. They were quick to respond to my first contact and easy to deal with. Jayke come out within 48hrs of first contact and did great work. Cut the glass to exact size on sight and took all the old glass shards with him. I expected some damage to the paint but there is only the tiniest peel back in one section that is impossible to notice until you go right up to it and intentionally look. Their price was the best around. The work has just been done so haven’t had long term testing of craftsmanship yet, but to me the replacement looks very solid. I’m very happy with their workmanship, response, communication and price. Thanks!
