Ian deserves far more recognition than he gets. In a world where most people would just drive past, he stopped in the middle of a busy road to help me when my car had broken down and I was completely stuck and overwhelmed. Not only did he go out of his way to help, but he stayed to make sure I was safe, helped me work out what to do next, and guided me on where to take the car to get looked at. He didn’t have to do any of that - but that’s the kind of person he is. Genuinely one of the kindest, most selfless people I’ve met. A heart of gold, incredible work ethic, and the type of human every workplace should value deeply. People like Ian are rare. He absolutely deserves a promotion, a pay rise, and every bit of recognition for the way he treats people. Thank you again Ian - I’ll never forget your kindness.

Today Ian (tow driver) stopped to help my niece on one of the most distressing days. She had her children in the car was in the middle of traffic. Ian was very calm and assisted her to getting to safety. Thank you so much Ian.

Would leave zero stars if I could. They arrived more than three hours after the latest time provided at booking, then damaged my front bumper during the towing process. The bumper had recently been resprayed, so the damage was especially frustrating. They denied responsibility and provided a single photo of the car on the street with the tow hook attached as “evidence.” That photo only showed there was no damage before the tow. Once the car arrived at its destination, my mechanic sent me a photo clearly showing a scrape on the bumper. If the damage was not there before the tow but was there after delivery, it clearly happened while the car was in their possession, probably by the tow hook. When I raised this and asked for further photo evidence, they stopped responding. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company if you care about your car. There are surely cheaper, more reliable, and more honest options available.

Just want to give a huge shout out to WP towing for helping us after an unfortunate mishap with our vehicle . Shortly after speaking to our insurer with towing company details ,Daniel was on to us to arrange a tow to their holding depot as our driver’s door could not be closed. Daniel advised that Ian would be in attendance within 15 minutes and true to his word , Ian arrived and went above and beyond in getting our vehicle out of a very tight situation. He re-assured us that our vehicle would be safely stored until it could be transported to our repairer the next morning. He advised us of the entire process and took great care in securing our vehicle . As he said himself “ I treat all my tows as if they were my own” which he clearly did . Ian was so informative, and professional in his approach . Thank you WT for helping reduce our stress.

Outstanding service, genuine care incredibly kind. After my accident on the M5 near Ingleburn off ramp the driver arrived incredibly fast which was a huge relief. Making sure I was safe, together with his friendly attitude immediately put me at ease. This is completely unrelated but I was stopped at a petrol station because my car was overheating and the owner of this business stopped and help with my car. He was incredibly kind and took the time to help us figure out what was going on with it and made sure we were okay before leaving. It was such a genuine act of kindness from someone who didn’t have to stop and help at all. It honestly made both my mum’s and my day. It’s rare to come across people who go out of their way to help strangers like that, and I’m really grateful. Thank you again for your kindness!

They said they were coming in the morning between 8.30am - 9.30am I called them at 10am to see where the car is at and they said "they're loading the car now frm Moorebank should b there at 11am. 11.30am.has gone pass called them again and they said... The car is coming now it's now 1pm they said they're coming in the morning then the car comes after lunch. Shocking mate You call the office up... It's like asking for a kidney *shame*

Yesterday my Dad & Mum had a serious accident with their caravan impacting their car on the M7. Ian McKay from WP towing went above and beyond in helping sorting out our towing problems, he also helped Dad deal with problems with his insurers and agreed to tow our van to newcastle that night. He was very caring to my parents who were very shaken and waited with them until I could arrive from Newcastle. He is one very professional towy.

WP towing Service was fantastic and Quick, pretty scary when u get smashed from behind at such a high speed while in the stationary position on the M31. I cannot believe WHY there is always slow traffic on this freeway, anyway that’s an other problem we have been screaming for years that they have built our freeways wrong. But thank god for Ian WPTOWING for arriving quick and getting us off the road quicker.
