Highly recommend using Wright Pools. We engaged with Luke at Wright Pools to assist us in design, layout for our pool - the experience was fantastic from start to finish. The team was punctual, professional, and provided clear communication throughout the project. We engaged Wright pools to build our fairly complicated and very challenging pool and they have been great. Our site is a geo technical nightmare and from the first meeting Luke inspired confidence in himself and Wright pools. Throughout the procurement process, I engaged maybe 4 pool companies and noone came close to the investment of time that Luke provided, before I had signed a contract. Besides being competitively priced, Luke and Wright pools have always maintained a strict focus on quality. Luke has continued to communiate to myself, well after the project was passed onto construction. Our project has been plagued with engineering, Geo tech and certification challenges. Throughout the process Luke has been the rock to sort out issues and calm me down when I was in melt down mode. In fact we finally built on the third iteration of the plans. Luke has become a confidante who has stretched beyond normal scope. I am very confident that any customer will be in good hands with Luke and Wright pools.
